Specifications
- 6 oz 600 × 600 denier tent fabric with full-color dye-sublimated graphics and a weather-resistant waterproof coating.
- Heavy-duty 40 mm aluminum hex hardware with 1 mm wall thickness, telescopic legs, foot plates, ropes, stakes, and a standard carrying bag with complete packages.
- 10 × 10 ft assembled size: 120 W × 120 D × 124.5–137 H in; approximate weight is 43 lb hardware plus 8 lb canopy, 51 lb total.
- Printed full and half walls are available on all four 10 ft sides.
- A wheeled carrying bag and four unfilled sandbags are optional. Each sandbag holds up to 50 lb of sand.
File Setup
- Upload a JPEG or single-page PDF no larger than 200 MB.
- Set color to CMYK and convert Pantone or spot colors to CMYK.
- Build artwork at the exact template size at 150 dpi unless the selected template states otherwise.
- Do not add bleed, crop marks, or registration marks unless the production template specifically requests them.
- Convert live fonts to outlines and embed or flatten linked artwork, effects, and transparencies.
- Keep the template artboard and guide positions unchanged. Place the design on the artwork layer and remove nonprinting mask or guide layers when directed.
- For two-sided displays, submit separate front and back files using the matching templates.
Print production templates
Choose the file that matches your selected size and print configuration.
Installation & Setup
- Expand and lock the aluminum frame on a clean, level surface with at least two people; do not force the lattice or leg locks.
- Fit the canopy while the frame is partially open, align each corner, then finish expanding the frame and raise the telescopic legs evenly.
- Stake every foot plate and attach the supplied ropes where ground conditions permit. Use filled sandbags on appropriate hard surfaces and follow event-site wind rules.
- Attach selected full or half walls only after the frame is stable, using the matching short- or long-side wall for 10 × 15 and 10 × 20 ft tents.
- Remove the canopy before retracting the frame. Hand wash printed fabric with a soft brush, mild soap, and warm water; do not machine wash.
