Specifications
- Preset sizes plus custom sizing up to 62 in on one dimension and 100 ft on the other.
- Washable 4 oz dye-sublimated polyester mesh.
- Single-sided print-through or double-sided construction.
- Finishing choices include a grommet strip on the left or top, or hemmed edges without grommets.
- Optional house pole and bracket are intended for compatible flags up to 36 in tall; the 72 × 48 in preset is offered as a separate display configuration.
File Setup
- Upload a JPEG or single-page PDF no larger than 200 MB.
- Set color to CMYK and convert Pantone or spot colors to CMYK.
- Build artwork at the exact ordered size at 150 dpi.
- Do not add bleed, crop marks, or registration marks unless the product template specifically requests them.
- Convert live fonts to outlines and flatten or embed linked artwork, effects, and transparencies.
- Remove hidden artwork, unused elements, and template guide layers before uploading the final file.
- For two-sided printing, upload separate front and back files unless the product template shows both sides on one artboard.
- Use the matching template when available and keep critical content clear of hems, grommets, and the selected attachment edge.

Installation & Setup
- Confirm that the mounting structure and fasteners are suitable for the flag size and expected wind exposure.
- Attach the selected grommet or hemmed edge evenly to the compatible pole or support.
- For a wall-mounted pole, fasten the bracket securely to a suitable structure, insert the pole, and verify the flag can hang and move freely.

Yes. A person checks the artwork, finished size, resolution, and safe area. Production starts only after the required proof is approved.
