Specifications
- Display heights: 9, 10.5, 14, and 18 ft.
- Graphic sizes: 23.5 × 78.5, 24 × 104, 28 × 138, and 24 × 183.5 in.
- 4 oz dye-sublimated polyester mesh with single-sided print-through, reverse print-through, or double-sided construction.
- Ground stake, cross base, combination stake/cross base, cross base with water bag, and square base options.
- Available as a flag-and-pole kit or replacement flag, with an optional carry bag.
File Setup
- Upload a JPEG or single-page PDF no larger than 200 MB.
- Set color to CMYK and convert Pantone or spot colors to CMYK.
- Build artwork at the exact ordered size at 150 dpi.
- Do not add bleed, crop marks, or registration marks unless the product template specifically requests them.
- Convert live fonts to outlines and flatten or embed linked artwork, effects, and transparencies.
- Remove hidden artwork, unused elements, and template guide layers before uploading the final file.
- For two-sided printing, upload separate front and back files unless the product template shows both sides on one artboard.
- Use the template for the selected size and keep important artwork inside its safe area.

Installation & Setup
- Connect the matching pole sections from largest to smallest.
- Slide the graphic sleeve over the assembled pole and secure the lower tension loop.
- Seat the pole on the selected base and adjust the tension until the graphic is smooth.
- Use a ground stake only in firm soil. Place cross and square bases on a level surface, adding a filled water bag when selected.
