Specifications
- Nine sizes combine 36, 48, or 60 in widths with 69, 80, or 92 in heights.
- Choose 8.85 oz UV-printed coated polyester fabric or 13 oz matte vinyl.
- Single-sided display with a wide aluminum base, chrome endcaps, and adjustable pole.
- Keep important content at least 1 in from the top and 3 in from the bottom.
- Available as a complete display or replacement insert; a hard-sided carrying case is included with the complete display.
File Setup
- Upload a JPEG or single-page PDF no larger than 200 MB.
- Set color to CMYK and convert Pantone or spot colors to CMYK.
- Build artwork at the exact ordered size at 150 dpi.
- Do not add bleed, crop marks, or registration marks unless the product template specifically requests them.
- Convert live fonts to outlines and flatten or embed linked artwork, effects, and transparencies.
- Remove hidden artwork, unused elements, and template guide layers before uploading the final file.
- Use the selected width-and-height template and keep critical artwork inside the 1 in top and 3 in bottom safety areas.

Installation & Setup
- Set the base on a stable, level floor and insert the adjustable support pole.
- Extend the pole to match the selected graphic height and lock it securely.
- Pull the insert vertically from the base and connect the top rail to the pole.
- Guide the insert slowly into the base, collapse the pole, and store the components in the hard-sided case.

Will my SD Retractable be checked before production?
Yes. A person checks the artwork, finished size, resolution, and safe area. Production starts only after the required proof is approved.
When will I see the shipping cost?
Enter the delivery address in the product workflow. The site calculates a protected shipping charge before checkout; shipping is never hidden inside the product price or advertised as free.
Can I get help preparing the design?
