Specifications
- Graphic size: 11.5 × 17.5 in.
- UV-printed 14 mil double-white popup film.
- Single-sided silver aluminum mini-retractable base with chrome endcaps.
- Complete display only.
- The bottom 1.5 in of the graphic may remain hidden inside the hardware while displayed.
File Setup
- Upload a JPEG or single-page PDF no larger than 200 MB.
- Set color to CMYK and convert Pantone or spot colors to CMYK.
- Build artwork at the exact ordered size at 150 dpi.
- Do not add bleed, crop marks, or registration marks unless the product template specifically requests them.
- Convert live fonts to outlines and flatten or embed linked artwork, effects, and transparencies.
- Remove hidden artwork, unused elements, and template guide layers before uploading the final file.
- Build the file at exactly 11.5 × 17.5 in. Continue the background through the bottom 1.5 in but keep all critical content above that hidden hardware allowance.

Installation & Setup
- Place the base on a stable table or counter and position the rear support.
- Pull the graphic upward and secure it in its display position.
- To store it, hold the top edge and guide the graphic slowly into the base.

Yes. A person checks the artwork, finished size, resolution, and safe area. Production starts only after the required proof is approved.
