Specifications
- 30 mil high-strength magnetic material with a matte direct-UV print.
- Custom sizing up to 36 × 96 in.
- Straight or rounded corners.
- Waterproof and UV-safe for indoor or outdoor use.
- The mounting surface must attract a magnet; some vehicle panels are aluminum, plastic, composite, or heavily repaired and will not work.
File Setup
- Upload a JPEG or single-page PDF no larger than 200 MB.
- Set color to CMYK and convert Pantone or spot colors to CMYK.
- Build artwork at the exact ordered size at 150 dpi.
- Do not add bleed, crop marks, or registration marks unless the product template specifically requests them.
- Convert live fonts to outlines and flatten or embed linked artwork, effects, and transparencies.
- Remove hidden artwork, unused elements, and template guide layers before uploading the final file.
- Use the exact finished dimensions and keep important text and logos inside the template safe area.

Installation & Setup
- Test the intended panel with a household magnet before ordering.
- Clean and completely dry both the magnetic back and the mounting surface.
- Lay the sign flat, smooth it from the center outward, and make sure every edge has full contact.
- Allow a newly installed vehicle magnet to remain in place overnight before driving.
- Remove, clean, dry, and reapply the magnet regularly to prevent trapped moisture and dirt.
