Description

Wind-permeable outdoor banners printed in full color on 10 oz 70/30 perforated mesh vinyl. The open weave reduces wind load on fences, scaffolding, stadium rails, building wraps, and other exposed installations while keeping artwork vivid and readable.

Specifications

  • 10 oz matte 70/30 perforated mesh vinyl with full-color UV printing.
  • Waterproof and UV-safe for indoor or outdoor use.
  • Single-sided banners are one printed mesh layer; double-sided banners use two printed banners sewn back to back.
  • Maximum single-piece size is 10 × 145 ft without pole pockets, 9.5 × 145 ft with pole pockets, or 9.5 × 145 ft when double-sided.
  • Oversized single-sided banners may be welded from multiple panels; oversized double-sided banners are not available.
  • Finishing choices include hems, #2 brass grommets, pole pockets, hook-and-loop strips, webbing with D-rings, rope, and reinforced corners.

File Setup

  • Upload a JPEG or single-page PDF no larger than 200 MB.
  • Set color to CMYK and convert Pantone or spot colors to CMYK.
  • Build artwork at the exact ordered size at 150 dpi.
  • Do not add bleed, crop marks, or registration marks unless the product template specifically requests them.
  • Convert live fonts to outlines and flatten or embed linked artwork, effects, and transparencies.
  • For two-sided printing, upload separate front and back files.
  • Avoid very fine type and hairline details that can lose clarity across the mesh perforation.

  • Tension the banner evenly without stretching the mesh or loading only one corner.
