- 8.8 oz polyester table fabric with dye-sublimated full-color printing and hemmed edges.
- Sized for a 48 × 30 × 30 in table.
- Open-back template size: 104.51 × 65 in; finished cover: 102 × 62.25 in; approximate weight: 4 lb.
- Closed-back template size: 103.51 × 85.01 in; finished cover: 102 × 83.5 in; approximate weight: 5.5 lb.
File Setup
- Upload a JPEG or single-page PDF no larger than 200 MB.
- Set color to CMYK and convert Pantone or spot colors to CMYK.
- Build artwork at the exact template size at 150 dpi unless the selected template states otherwise.
- Do not add bleed, crop marks, or registration marks unless the production template specifically requests them.
- Convert live fonts to outlines and embed or flatten linked artwork, effects, and transparencies.
- Keep the template artboard and guide positions unchanged. Place the design on the artwork layer and remove nonprinting mask or guide layers when directed.
- For two-sided displays, submit separate front and back files using the matching templates.

- Place the table on a clean, level surface and center the cover with the printed front facing the audience.
- For an open-back cover, align the shorter rear drop with the working side of the table; for a closed-back cover, distribute all four drops evenly.
- Smooth folds by hand or with a garment steamer on a fabric-safe setting and keep the hem clear of foot traffic.
