Specifications

- Designed to coordinate with compatible tension and popup display systems.
File Setup
- Upload a JPEG or single-page PDF no larger than 200 MB.
- Set color to CMYK and convert Pantone or spot colors to CMYK.
- Build artwork at the exact template size at 150 dpi unless the selected template states otherwise.
- Do not add bleed, crop marks, or registration marks unless the production template specifically requests them.
- Convert live fonts to outlines and embed or flatten linked artwork, effects, and transparencies.
- Keep the template artboard and guide positions unchanged. Place the design on the artwork layer and remove nonprinting mask or guide layers when directed.
- For two-sided displays, submit separate front and back files using the matching templates.

- Open the hard case, fit the counter components, and lock them in place on a level surface.
- Wrap the printed graphic evenly around the case and fasten it without folds or excessive tension.
- Keep heavy items centered and do not exceed the counter hardware capacity.

Will my Trade Show Podium be checked before production?
Yes. A person checks the artwork, finished size, resolution, and safe area. Production starts only after the required proof is approved.
When will I see the shipping cost?
Enter the delivery address in the product workflow. The site calculates a protected shipping charge before checkout; shipping is never hidden inside the product price or advertised as free.
Can I get help preparing the design?
Yes. Choose Design Online or request design help. You can also place the order first and upload production artwork immediately after a successful checkout.
How are product reviews verified?
