Specifications
- 13 oz matte scrim vinyl with full-color UV printing.
- Single- or double-sided printing; a double-sided banner is one layer printed on both faces.
- Maximum single-piece size is 10 × 145 ft without pole pockets, 9.5 × 145 ft with pole pockets, or 9.5 × 145 ft when double-sided.
- Finishing choices include hems, #2 brass grommets, pole pockets, hook-and-loop strips, webbing with D-rings, rope, wind slits, and reinforced corners.
- A 2 in pocket fits poles up to 1 in diameter, a 3 in pocket fits up to 1.5 in, and a 4 in pocket fits up to 2 in.
- Banners with a shortest side up to 88 in are normally rolled; larger banners are folded for packing.
File Setup
- Upload a JPEG or single-page PDF no larger than 200 MB.
- Set color to CMYK and convert Pantone or spot colors to CMYK.
- Build artwork at the exact ordered size at 150 dpi.
- Do not add bleed, crop marks, or registration marks unless the product template specifically requests them.
- Convert live fonts to outlines and flatten or embed linked artwork, effects, and transparencies.
- Remove hidden artwork, unused elements, and template guide layers before uploading the final file.
- For two-sided printing, upload separate front and back files unless the product template shows both sides on one artboard.
- Do not add extra bleed for pole pockets; continue the background to the edge and keep important artwork clear of the pocket seam.
- Allow approximately 2, 3, or 4 in of clear space from the pocket edge for the corresponding pocket size.

- Use every available grommet to distribute tension instead of loading only one or two attachment points.
- Choose webbing and reinforced corners for exposed or longer-term installations.
- Match the pole diameter to the selected pocket and slide the pole through without forcing the seam.
- Tension the banner evenly and inspect attachment points regularly, especially after strong weather.
