Description

Lightweight custom signs printed in full color on durable white corrugated plastic. They are a practical choice for real estate, elections, parking, graduations, events, directional messaging, and other short- to medium-term indoor or outdoor displays.

Specifications

  • 4 mm white corrugated plastic with a matte, direct full-color UV print.
  • Current online configuration: 24 × 18 in horizontal.
  • Available with one printed side or separate printing on the front and back.
  • Optional 10 × 30 in steel H-stake; mounting grommets are not offered in the current online configuration.
  • The 24 × 18 in format uses vertical flutes so the optional H-stake can slide into the channels.
  • Keep important text and logos at least 0.25 in from the finished edge.

File Setup

  • Upload a JPEG or single-page PDF no larger than 200 MB.
  • Set color to CMYK and convert Pantone or spot colors to CMYK.
  • Build artwork at the exact ordered size at 150 dpi.
  • Do not add bleed, crop marks, or registration marks unless the product template specifically requests them.
  • Convert live fonts to outlines and flatten or embed linked artwork, effects, and transparencies.
  • Remove hidden artwork, unused elements, and template guide layers before uploading the final file.
  • For two-sided printing, upload separate front and back files unless the product template shows both sides on one artboard.
  • Use the 24 × 18 in template and keep critical artwork at least 0.25 in from the finished edge.

Installation & Setup

  • For an H-stake, align both stake legs with vertical flute channels and press the sign evenly onto the stake.
  • Insert the assembled stake into stable, soft ground until the display is secure and level.
  • For other sizes, grommets, frames, or mounting requirements, request a custom quote before ordering.

Yes. A person checks the artwork, finished size, resolution, and safe area. Production starts only after the required proof is approved.
